Marc Jacobs Little Stam Kiss-Lock

Marc Jacobs Little Stam — the compact version of the bag that launched a thousand waitlists. When the Stam debuted in 2005, it redefined what an It-bag could be: sculptural, luxurious, unmistakably directional. This olive karung (lizard-embossed leather) version with cognac python trim is one of the rarest colorways produced. The oversized gold curb chain, quilted gathering, and signature kiss-lock closure are all present and accounted for. Made in Italy during Marc Jacobs' peak accessory era, when his mainline bags commanded the same reverence as heritage houses. Stam bags are increasingly difficult to source in excellent condition — this one is a collector's piece.

Olive green karung (lizard-embossed) leather body with soft gathered construction. Cognac genuine python front zip pocket with python tassel pull. Brown leather kiss-lock frame with gold-tone ball clasp closure. Oversized gold curb chain shoulder strap with leather shoulder pad attachments. Cream canvas interior lining with leather zip pocket stamped "MARC JACOBS MADE IN ITALY." Gold-tone hardware throughout.

Condition:

Excellent vintage condition. Karung leather is supple with beautiful patina. Python trim intact with natural scale texture. Gold hardware shows light wear consistent with age. Canvas interior clean. Kiss-lock functions smoothly.
